About
The ICC Dispute Resolution Universities Programme is designed to enhance the understanding of arbitration and amicable dispute resolution (ADR) among future lawyers. Scheduled for May 5-7, 2026, at the ICC Headquarters in Paris, this program aims to provide university students with practical insights and hands-on training in dispute resolution processes. Participants will engage in a series of modules that cover essential topics such as the constitution of the arbitral tribunal, emergency arbitrator proceedings, and the intricacies of complex arbitrations.
This program is part of the ICC's commitment to making education on arbitration and ADR accessible globally. It is specifically tailored for university students, with applications accepted only from university professors and administration. The event will feature experienced ICC staff members who will guide participants through practical exercises and presentations, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience. The program will culminate in a cocktail reception, allowing participants to network and discuss their learnings.
Applications for universities are open until February 28, 2026, and selected universities will be informed of their application outcomes by March 9, 2026. This initiative reflects the ICC's dedication to fostering a new generation of legal professionals equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective dispute resolution.
