I-TIDE 2026 focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence and international technology disputes. This event will feature complimentary half-day seminars held in New York City and San Francisco, addressing the legal challenges posed by the rapid integration of AI into various sectors. Participants will gain insights from over 25 speakers, including legal professionals and experts from around the world, discussing topics such as copyright infringement, patent eligibility, and trade secret protection in the context of AI. The seminars aim to foster dialogue on how different jurisdictions are adapting their legal frameworks to address these emerging issues. The event will include panels that explore international legal developments related to AI, the role of arbitration and mediation in resolving tech disputes, and the implications of AI on intellectual property law.
