8th Indonesia Arbitration Day

The 8th ICC Indonesia Arbitration Day focuses on contemporary arbitration practices in Indonesia.

About

The annual ICC Indonesia Arbitration Day returns for its eighth edition, building on the success of previous events. This year's conference will delve deeper into the contemporary state of arbitration practice in Indonesia, where both civil and common law converge. It will explore how market demands and trends are influencing and changing the perception of arbitration among end users, as well as the ongoing reform processes in arbitration legislation that are gaining traction. The conference is specifically designed for members of the Judiciary, In-House Counsel, legal practitioners, and professionals interested in international arbitration. It aims to provide a platform for discussion and networking among experts in the field. Please note that the conference is not open to students. Details regarding the venue will be confirmed in due course, and sponsorship opportunities are available for interested parties. For more information, attendees can contact Ms. Irene Mira, Deputy Director of Arbitration & ADR, South Asia, at the ICC Dispute Resolution Services.
