20th ICC/USCIB New York Vis Pre-Moot

The 20th ICC/USCIB New York Vis Pre-Moot is organized by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the United States Council for International Business (USCIB) to assist teams in their preparation for the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. This event will take place on February 20, 2026, in New York City, providing a platform for participants to engage with peers and experienced arbitrators from diverse backgrounds. Teams will have the opportunity to measure their skills against other competitors, receive valuable feedback from seasoned practitioners, and refine their oral arguments. The pre-moot aims to enhance advocacy skills and foster interaction with members of the ICC International Court of Arbitration Secretariat. Interested teams are encouraged to submit their applications by November 24, 2025, with notifications of acceptance sent out by December 5, 2025. This event is free of charge, although participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. The organizing committee will ensure a supportive environment for all teams, promoting learning and development in the field of international arbitration.
