15th Baltic Arbitration Days
The 15th Baltic Arbitration Days is an international forum for arbitration practitioners and academics in Latvia.
About
The 15th Baltic Arbitration Days will take place from June 14 to June 15, 2026, in the Latvian cities of Riga and Jurmala. This event serves as an international forum for arbitration practitioners and academics, focusing on a variety of important international commercial and investment arbitration issues. The conference will feature keynotes from renowned experts, including Prof. Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler and Prof. Anne van Aaken, and will include expert panels covering topics such as cross-border transactions, investment arbitration updates, and legal technology.
In addition to the main conference, there will be a pre-conference wine reception on June 12 and a fringe event, the BAD Young Arbitrators Forum, on June 13. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in discussions and networking during the two days of lectures and social functions. The event aims to bring together experts from Central and Eastern Europe, as well as from other regions, to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing in the field of arbitration.
Registration for the event is now open, and the full program will be available in early April. This event is particularly relevant for those involved in arbitration, legal practice, and academia, providing a platform to explore the latest developments and trends in the field.
